the location is great, but the entire experience was utterly disappointing. my room had broken door clasps, yet no one bothered to fix it. also, when I complained about the terrible sheets, I expected at least an upgrade, but got nothing. I almost thought about a good review, but just couldn’t. what a shame.

I had a lovely stay at Nicecy Nganha. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, with local eateries all around. The Superior Double or Twin Room was cozy and clean, a decent size for two people. The bed provided a good night's sleep. I appreciated the quick response from staff when I had a small issue with a missing light bulb. they replaced it in no time. Breakfast options were acceptable, though they could’ve been more varied. On the downside, the room wasn't soundproof at all. Noisy neighbors were a problem, and I could hear everything happening outside. The air conditioning was great but inconsistent at times. I also found the lack of a luggage storage area to be inconvenient. Overall, it's a decent place with great potential but needs some soundproofing improvements.

nicecy nganha was a fantastic choice for our stay! it's right across from banh thanh market, and so many coffee houses are nearby. the premier double room had all the amenities we needed, and the staff was super helpful—they even guided us with grab car bookings. we had an unforgettable time visiting the cu chi tunnels and the city tour, thanks to the great people in our group.
